Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City – The Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP-AKG), through its Luzon Field Unit (LFU), successfully served the Warrants of Arrest against two foreign nationals for Kidnapping for Ransom and Serious Illegal Detention (three counts), defined and penalized under Article 267 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended.

The service of warrants was conducted at about 3:00 PM on February 4, 2026, at the Bacoor City Custodial Facility, Barangay Molino II, Bacoor City, Cavite. The arrested Chinese nationals were identified as Huang Yuze, 27 years old, and residing in Pasay City; and Zhao Li Shan, 29 years old, male, and residing in Parañaque City.

The arrests were effected by virtue of Warrants of Arrest issued by Hon. Wilhelmina B. Go-Santiago, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 14, Nasugbu, Batangas, under Criminal Case Nos. N-26-6656, N-25-6657, and N-25-6658, all dated February 4, 2026, with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.

Investigation revealed that the accused were involved in the kidnapping of two Chinese nationals, a Korean national, and a Filipino, which transpired on May 2, 2025, in Barangay Balaytigui, Nasugbu, Batangas.
