Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City – The Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG) in a joint operations with Cajidiocan Municipal Police Station, Romblon Police Provincial Office, and the Regional Intelligence Division, Police Regional Office 4B successfully served several Warrants of Arrest on January 20, 2026, at about 8:00 PM, against LITO DIEGO PRESALDO a.k.a. LITZ, 31 years old, male, single, and a resident of Sitio Ilaya, Cambajao, Cajidiocan, Romblon.
Presaldo who was arrested in Sitio Can Adlay, Barangay Gutivan, Cajidiocan, Romblon is listed No. 6 in the Ten Most Wanted Persons of AKG. His involvement on kidnapping for ransom activities victimized 2 Chinese nationals and a Taiwanese.
The arrest was made by virtue of Warrants of Arrest issued by Hon. Elmer Joseph T. Guerzon, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 114, Pasay City, docketed under Criminal Case Number R-PSY-22-00617; Hon. Regina Pas A. Ramos-Chavez, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 274, Parañaque City, docketed under Criminal Case Number 2022-0683; and Hon. Albert T. Cansino, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 108, Pasay City, docketed under Criminal Case Number R-PSY-22-00616 CR, all issued with no bail recommended.
