The Philippine National Police – Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP AKG) successfully arrested the No. 8 AKG 10 Most Wanted Person, Mark Jularbal Go, during joint law enforcement operations on March 14, 2026 at about 9:30 PM, along Liliw, Laguna.

The arrested individual was identified as Mark Jularbal Go, 24 years old, Filipino, male, single, and presently residing in Barangay Cabuco, Trece Martires City, Cavite.

The arrest was carried out through the implementation of COPLAN β€œZOMBIES” and by virtue of two Warrants of Arrest (WOA) were served for Kidnapping for Ransom and Serious Illegal Detention with Serious Physical Injuries under Article 267 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, docketed under Criminal Case No. 10205, issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 163, Taguig City and Kidnapping for Ransom with Homicide under Article 267 in relation to Article 249 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, docketed under Criminal Case No. 10204, issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 153, Taguig City, with no bail recommended for both cases.

As a background, the arrested suspect was responsible for the kidnapping of a minor and subsequent killing of his driver, which transpired on February 20, 2025, at about 2:50 PM along C5 Bridge southbound in front of Market! Market! Mall, Taguig City.

The arrested individual is currently under the custody of PNP AKG Luzon Field Unit pending the return of the Warrants of Arrest to the issuing courts.
