• Strengthening coordination and cooperation with partner agencies, oversight bodies, and other stakeholders to support successful case resolution and prosecution;

• Guaranteeing the competence, discipline, and professionalism of personnel through continuous training and capability development;

• Promoting the efficient and responsible use of resources to support operational readiness and sustainability.

• Integrate climate change awareness and climate action initiatives into public information activities by delivering accurate, timely, and responsible communication on disaster preparedness, climate resilience, environmental protection, and the PNP’s role in advancing climate-responsive and sustainable communities; and

• Driving continual improvement of the Quality Management System through risk-based thinking, performance evaluation, corrective actions, and management review.
