On May 1, 2026, at about 1:30 PM, operatives of the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group – Visayas Field Unit (AKG-VFU) Ormoc Satellite Office successfully arrested a Top 4 Most Wanted Person (Municipal Level) for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610 in Dagami, Leyte.

The accused, identified as Jade Costibolo Sequito, 25 years old, was apprehended by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Catherine Jane Lopez Vanilla, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 15, Burauen, Leyte.

The operation was led by AKG-VFU personnel in coordination with Dagami Municipal Police Station, Leyte PPO, demonstrating strong inter-agency coordination and decisive police action.
