Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City β The Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group through its Mindanao Field Unit (AKG-MFU) led by PLTCOL JOFFEL T REMUDARO successfully arrested a Top 3 Provincial Most Wanted Person for Kidnapping in an intelligence-driven operation conducted in Barangay Poblacion, Baloi, Lanao del Norte on June 16, 2026.
The arrest was effected by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Kidnapping, docketed under Criminal Case No. 23-28810, with No Bail Recommended, issued and signed by Hon. Ali Ombra Raiz Bacaraman, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 4, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, dated April 27, 2026. The arrested individual was identified as βBorneoβ and βBorniyo,β 29 years old, Filipino, married, a tricycle driver, and a resident of Usman Street, Barangay Poblacion, Baloi, Lanao del Norte.
