Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City β Operatives of the Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group, Visayas Field Unit (AKG VFU), in coordination with the Julita Municipal Police Station (MPS) and the Leyte Police Provincial Office (PPO), successfully arrested a Top 5 Provincial Most Wanted Person facing a murder charge during a law enforcement operation conducted in Julita, Leyte.
On July 9, 2026, at about 7:45 PM, law enforcement personnel served a Warrant of Arrest against a.k.a βGerβ, 60 years old and a resident of Sampaguita Compound, Pilar Village, Las PiΓ±as City, at Brgy. Bugho, Julita, Leyte.
The successful operation resulted in the arrest of the accused for the crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No. 04-0785 issued by Hon. Kathryn S. Sabado, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 202, Las PiΓ±as City, dated November 6, 2025, with no bail recommended.The said individual is currently under the custody of Julita Municipal Police Station, Leyte PPO, pending the return of the Warrant of Arrest to the issuing court.
