Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City — The Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP AKG) arrested the Ranked No. 6 AKG Most Wanted Person during an intelligence-driven operation in Santa Maria, Isabela, on October 20, 2026.

The operation was conducted by PNP AKG Luzon Field Unit, in coordination with the Police Regional Office 2 and Intelligence Group with the assistance of the Directorate for Intelligence.

The arrested person faces charges for Kidnapping for Ransom with Homicide, victimizing a Chinese national on May 2025 docketed under Criminal Case No. 11166, and violation of the Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016, docketed under Criminal Case No. 11167, pursuant to warrants of arrest issued by Honorable Marivic Cudilla Vitor, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 266, Taguig City, dated March 5, 2026, with no bail recommended for both offenses.
