Crame, Quezon City, bringing together 30 competing teams from the Command Group, 15 National Operational Support Units (NOSUs), and 14 National Administrative Support Units (NASUs). The event aims to promote the importance of physical fitness, camaraderie, and sportsmanship among uniformed and non-uniformed personnel through various athletic competitions including basketball, badminton, swimming, karatedo, billiards, lawn tennis, mini-marathon, shooting, and boxing.

PNP Chief, Police General Nicolas D Torre III, was represented by the Deputy Chief for Administration, Police Lieutenant General Bernard M Banac, who served as Guest of Honor and Speaker during the opening ceremony.
