The course was conducted under the leadership of PBGEN GLICERIO C CANSILAO, Director, Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG), as part of AKG’s continuous effort to strengthen the capabilities of its personnel in crisis management, negotiation strategies, and life-saving communication techniques during high-risk incidents.
