A joint operation conducted by personnel of AKG-VFU Iloilo Satellite Office and Oton MPS-Iloilo PPO successfully resulted in the arrest of the Top 1 Municipal Level Most Wanted Person for five (5) counts of Qualified Rape involving a minor.

The accused, identified as REY ROGIO SERVANO, 39 years old, was apprehended at Oton, Iloilo by virtue of Warrants of Arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Branch 5, Iloilo City, with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.

“This successful operation sends a strong message that the Philippine National Police, through the Anti-Kidnapping Group, will relentlessly pursue individuals who prey upon the innocent. We remain firm and unwavering in our commitment to protect women and children and ensure that criminals are brought before the bar of justice,” said PBGEN EDWIN C BALLES, Acting Director, Anti-Kidnapping Group.
