Camp Bgen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City – The PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group Mindanao Field Unit (AKG-MFU), in coordination with the General Santos City Police Office (GSCPO) successfully arrested a Top 6 Provincial Most Wanted Person for the crime of Frustrated Murder during the service of a Warrant of Arrest (WOA) on July 17, 2026, at approximately 4:40 PM in Poblacion, Antipas, North Cotabato.

The arrested individual is a 31-year-old farmer and a resident of Brgy. Kiyaap, Poblacion, Antipas, North Cotabato. He was apprehended by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Frustrated Murder under Criminal Case No. 18-29999, issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 23, General Santos City with a recommended bail of PhP200,000.00.

The accused is currently under the custody of the General Santos City Police Office pending the return of the Warrant of Arrest to the issuing court and the completion of appropriate legal proceedings.

The successful arrest underlines the PNP Focus Agenda specifically on Enhanced Managing Police Operations (EMPO) aligned with the 5-Point Operational Thrust of the AKG thru a Steadfast, Aggressive and Focused Efforts (SAFE) in all Rescue and Manhunt Operations.
